Catholic, Volunteer families are active members of a Catholic parish and choose work monthly bingo sessions and volunteer for two major fundraising events. Volunteer families receive the Family Action Participation Grant, reducing tuition by $1700.
Tuition is based on the following criteria:
Catholic In order for a family to acknowledged by the parish as a participating member, it is necessary that they: 1. Are registered in the parish. 2. Are recognized as a family participating in the sacramental life of the parish. 3. Contribute time and talent to the ministries of the parish. 4. In agreement with the pastor, they regularly contribute an appropriate portion of their annual income to the financial support of the parish. All families claiming participating status are required to have a subsidy form completed by the pastor of their parish.
Parent of new students who are claiming participation status who have not been baptized in this parish must bring a copy of the baptismal certificate or arrange to have one sent from their old parish. If students are not baptized, arrangements should be made to have this done. Al least one parent/guardian must be Catholic to claim participation status. Participation in mass will be checked quarterly to determine if there should be a change in status.
Non-Catholic Any family not meeting criteria in the above category is considered "Non-Catholic."
Tuition category status may be changed throughout the year by determination and/or approval of the Pastor or principal.
Other Parishes will pay an agreed upon subsidy to Sts. Peter and Paul Parish for their students attending. If the subsidy is not paid by the Parish, the family is responsible for the subsidy.
Volunteer families choose accept the Family Action Participation (FAP) Grant. Requirements to receive this grant are working monthly bingo sessions and volunteering for two major fundraising events.
Non-Volunteer families decline the Family Action Participation (FAP) Grant. They are not required to work bingo session or volunteer for any fundraisers throughout the school.
